Orders

To place an order, simply browse our collection, select the items you want, choose your size and preferred colour (if applicable), and click “Add to Cart.” Once you have added all desired items, proceed to the checkout page. Here, you can review your order, provide shipping information, and make payment.

You can effortlessly track your orders with the help of the Online Tracking Facility available on our website.

Within two working days of your order, we will inform you if you have paid for a product that is not available. You can exchange your purchase, or the money will be duly refunded.

Per order, we can only accept one shipping address. As a result, please treat these orders as independent ones if a customer wants to order multiple things and ship them to various addresses. There can only be one address sent to per order. We kindly ask that you place two orders for each of the two separate addresses.

No, we do not process orders for a Post Office Box address.

Our courier partners will make three delivery efforts at the customer-specified address while considering the convenience of delivery. In addition, they will let us know if the package was not delivered.

Payments

You can easily make payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI or Net Banking. You can also select to pay via Cash on Delivery. You can make the payment at the time of order delivery. However, the COD facility is available only in India.

For certain PIN codes, COD will not be available. However, prepaid facilities like Debit Cards, Credit Cards and Net Banking payment alternatives can be used for such locations.

You can always pay using a credit card, debit card, wallet, UPI, net banking, or another method if the Cash on Delivery option is unavailable at your address or with your PIN code.
